A wrongful death lawsuit has been filed against Nissan North America Inc., by the parents of a woman who was killed in a sport utility vehicle (SUV) rollover accident in May 2006.The woman was driving a 1993 Nissan Pathfinder, in McLean County when the accident occurred.
